In April 2024, the Derby della Madonnina played a decisive role in the league title, with Inter defeating Milan 2-1 to secure their 20th Serie A title, earning the coveted second star on their club crest. This win marked Inter’s sixth consecutive derby victory and solidified their dominance over their city rivals in recent years.
